Jason L. Ringeman, DDS, MD

dr_ringemanOriginally from Kernersville, North Carolina, Dr. Ringeman received his B.S. from Virginia Tech, his dental degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry, and his medical degree from LSU School of Medicine at Shreveport, where he also completed his residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. Upon conclusion of his residency, he furthered his training by completing a fellowship at the Tissue Engineering Institute of Colorado, focusing on surgically advanced dental implant techniques. Dr. Ringeman also spent time on staff at Colorado University School of Dental Medicine as an associate clinical professor. There he was involved with the training of residents and dental students. Dr. Ringeman specializes in the treatment of diseases, injuries and malformations that involve functional and aesthetic aspects of the mouth, teeth, and facial regions, including diagnosing and treating facial pain and facial injuries. This expertise allows Dr. Ringeman to practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery procedures ranging from corrective jaw surgery to wisdom tooth removal. He also performs a wide range of dental implant and bone grafting procedures. Additionally, Dr. Ringeman’s experience and extensive training provide him with the tools for treatment using intravenous sedation which helps keep patients comfortable while giving them the highest quality of care throughout their surgical experience.

He is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and Dr. Ringeman is active in the local and national associations of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Dentistry and Medicine. He is currently serving on the review board for the Journal of Oral & Craniofacial Tissue Engineering.

Dr. Ringeman lives in Winston-Salem with his wife, Susanna, and their three sons. He enjoys biking, hiking, and tennis.
