Scheduling

Salem Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is open Monday – Thursday from 8 am until 5 pm and Friday from 8 am until 4 pm. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible.  If you have an emergency situation (bleeding, swelling, trauma), every attempt will be made to see you the day that you call us.

We have two locations for your convenience.  Our Winston-Salem office is located at 3020 Maplewood Avenue in Winston-Salem, NC.  Our Elkin office is located at 222 West Main Street in Elkin, NC. 

Appointments are available at the Winston-Salem office Monday-Friday while appointments are available in the Elkin office on Thursdays only.  Both facilities are available for consultation and surgery.  With few exceptions, the same procedures are offered in both offices.  When scheduling, please specify in which office you would like to be seen.

Being on time for you is one of our goals.  We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact that Salem Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery provides surgical services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure beyond our expectation. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
